Looking after our garments properly is key to keeping their quality and look over time. You will find the instructions for each garment in its description: please read them before the first wash.
Cashmere
Cashmere is a delicate fibre and needs careful washing. As a general guide:
- Wash the garment by hand or on a wool or delicates programme, in cold water.
- If you choose a wool or delicates programme, make absolutely sure the washing machine does not spin.
- Use a mild, neutral detergent suitable for wool, without fabric softener.
- Do not wring or rub the garment hard.
- Dry it flat, in the shade and away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry.
- Store it folded.
With our cashmere garments we send a free comb to look after them (while stocks last).
Printed garments
- Wash them in cold water and inside out.
- No tumble dryer and no high temperatures.
- Iron at a low temperature, always inside out, without putting the iron directly on the print.
Cotton
Wash cold to keep them in good condition.
Bags
- Jute bag: do not wash, do not iron.
- Japanese knot bag: we recommend not washing it because of its leather handles. If necessary, wipe the fabric with a damp cloth and neutral soap.
- Leather bags: do not wash; wipe with a dry cloth or a suitable leather product.
Linen
Same as cotton: we recommend washing in cold water to keep it in good shape.
If the garment is damaged by not following the care instructions, returns on those grounds will not be accepted.
