Shipping
At Fly+Co.-Tarifa we work with SEUR as our courier for handling and delivering our orders.
How we ship
You can collect your order from the SEUR Pickup Point you choose at checkout, or have it delivered to your home.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown when you enter your delivery address, before you complete your order. All prices include VAT.
Free shipping to a SEUR Pickup Point: on mainland Spain for orders over 100 € and on the Balearic Islands, Portugal and the rest of Europe for orders over 200 €.

For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. If your country is not on our delivery list, please contact us.
Delivery times
- Spanish mainland: 3 to 5 working days.
- Portugal and the Balearic Islands: 5 to 7 working days.
- Rest of Europe: 5 to 14 working days.
These times are approximate and may be affected by external circumstances beyond Fly+Co.-Tarifa's control relating to transport.
Collecting your order
Once your order has been dropped off at the SEUR Pickup Point or Locker, you will receive a notification from the courier with the information you need to collect it.
The order must be collected within the period set by SEUR. If it is not collected in time, it may be returned to us. In that case we may contact you to arrange a new delivery, and the costs of that new delivery may be charged to the customer.
Order tracking
Once your order has been handed over to SEUR, you will receive the tracking information to check the status of your delivery.
