Exchanges and returns
If you need to return an item, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
How garments must be returned
You may try the garments on as you would in a shop. For a full refund, please return them:
- With all their labels attached.
- Unworn, apart from trying them on.
- Unwashed and free of damage, stains or odours.
- In their original packaging, if possible.
If a garment comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund. This also applies to sale items.
Online purchases can only be returned online, and purchases from the physical shop, in the physical shop.
How to request a return
- Send an email to flyandcotarifa@gmail.com.
- We will reply with a return form and the instructions you need.
- Send the parcel with the return form inside within 14 calendar days at the latest.
You can also use the withdrawal form.
Return shipping costs and responsibility
Return shipping is paid by the customer, who is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We recommend keeping the receipt and tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
Refund
We will refund the garments and the original shipping costs (up to the cost of the cheapest delivery we offer) within 14 calendar days of you telling us about the return. We may wait until we receive the garments, or proof of shipment, before refunding, and we will use the same payment method you used.
